The Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) is an optional, monthly auto-shipment that enables Wellness Advocates and Wholesale Customers to qualify for extra rewards BEYOND THE 25% OFF. YOU AN ALWAYS DO ONE TIME ORDERS TOO But without the LRP benefits and money back!!
Your monthly LRP order is saved on a cart in your account. You can change what you receive every month by editing the contents in the cart before your selected processing date. Once opted into the LRP, your benefits include:
1) Earning Loyalty Rewards Program points.
If your LRP order contains at least 50 PV*, you will earn a percentage of that PV back in points that you can redeem for free product. The longer you place orders of at least 50 PV on the program, the larger the percentage you earn back grows.
2) Qualifying for Commissions.
With a monthly LRP order of at least 100 PV*, you can qualify to earn commissions from Fast Start, Power of Three, and Unilevel Bonuses.
3) Qualifying for the Product of the Month.
You can qualify to receive our free Product of the Month if you place an LRP order of at least 125 PV within the 1–15 of the month. This oil changes monthly, and will be added to your order automatically when you meet the qualifications. The Product of the Month can be earned only once a month.
4) Earning Full Shipping Rewards Program points.
You have the potential to earn 100 percent of your shipping cost back in points on every LRP order you place. Shipping Rewards Program (SRP) points, like LRP points, can be redeemed for free product. Things to Note:
*A minimum of 1 PV* is required in the LRP cart at all times. This will maintain your current percentage and accrued points.
*You can change the run date, but you cannot skip a month of ordering.
*You can choose to process your LRP cart multiple times a month.
*Multiple LRP carts can be set up. They will each run automatically every month.

Q. What is the dōTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP)?
A. The dōTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) is a program that provides free product credits for monthly purchases ordered on the program. As a participant in the Loyalty Rewards Program, you will immediately begin to earn product credits that can be used as cash to purchase dōTERRA products. The longer you participate, the more credits you can earn—up to 30% of your total monthly Loyalty Rewards purchases! (See Loyalty Rewards Program terms and conditions.)
Q. What are the benefits of being on the Loyalty Rewards program?
A. As a member of the Loyalty Rewards program, you will receive points which you can redeem for free product (see Point Redemption Orders for further details on points). In addition, if you place an LRP order which reaches 125PV, you will qualify for the Product of the Month Club.The Product of the Month Club is a permanent promotion, with a new free product each month! As a member of the Loyalty Rewards Program, you may also qualify yourself for more commission opportunities.
Q. Does my Loyalty Order have to equal a certain amount?
A. The number of products or overall price on your order does not matter as long as it has a PV of 1 or more, unless you want to qualify for certain promotions or bonuses. Orders with no PV (i.e. a Healing Hands donation) do not qualify and cannot be saved in the template.
Q. Can I save my order for future shipments?
A. Yes, there is an order template that will regenerate the same order for you every month. You can edit this template as you see fit. If you add one-time items to one of your orders, the items will not save to the template. This means that you must be ready to process your order when you add your one-time items.
Q. What is the difference between “Review and Process Today” and “Save & Process on (date)”?
A. When clicking “Review and Process Today,” your order will be placed immediately. When clicking “Save & Process on (date),” your order will be saved and set to process on the scheduled date you selected. When adding any onetime items or redeeming your points, you will have to use the “Review and Process Today” button.
Q. Can I change the day that my Loyalty Order is scheduled to process?
A. Yes, your processing date can be changed according to your preferences. Your order must be scheduled for before the 28th of each month to count for LRP and before the 15th to qualify you for the Product of the Month.
Q. How many points will I earn?
A. The points you earn on your Loyalty Order are based off the PV of your order, as well as the earning percentage level you are at. For example, if you are at the 10% level and your order contains 100 PV, you will earn 10 points.
Q. When will I get my points?
A. These points are added to your account around the 15th of the month after the corresponding order was placed. For example, any points earned with an October Loyalty Order will not be added to your account until mid-November.
Q. What determines my percentage level?
A. Everyone starts at 10% (unless participating in Fast Track). Percentages go up based off how many months you’ve ordered 50 PV or how many months you’ve stayed on your Loyalty Order without canceling. Every three months that you place an order of 50 PV or more, your percentage goes up 5%. You max out at 30% (after thirteen months of consistent orders above 50 PV). Orders of less than 50 PV do not contribute to increasing your percentage, but they do help you maintain the points and percentage you’ve previously earned.
Q. How do I qualify to receive the free Product of the Month?
A. Your Loyalty Order must be placed on or before the 15th of each month and have a PV of 125 or more in order to receive the free Product of the Month.
Q. Can I participate in bonus qualifications without participating in the Loyalty Rewards Program?
A. No. LRP participation is required to qualify for bonuses, including the Power of 3 and Fast Start bonuses. In order to qualify to earn the Power of 3 Bonus and Fast Start, you must have in place at least a 100PV order each month.
Q. When are points updated?
A. When commissions and reports are run for that particular month, around the 15th of the month after your order. For example, any points earned with an October order will not be added to your account until mid-November.
Q. When should I run my LRP?
A. If you want to participate in monthly promotions announced on the first of each month, have your LRP run on the second day of the month.
Q. How do I cancel my Loyalty Order?
A. The account holder must contact member services to cancel Loyalty Order participation. Member services can be contacted about cancellation through phone, chat, or email. Please note that emailing about this issue often takes much longer to resolve than calling or chatting. Should you choose to use the email method, your cancellation email must come from the email address listed on the account. Canceling will cause you to lose all points or percentages earned up to that point.
